Every time I go plan on going out on a cool Gothic club night, I always stress about what I to wear, but I forget the most important thing, and that's my makeup.
Of course, the important thing is that it has to be some sort of goth or EBM related makeup style.
many times I 've spend so many hours in front of the mirror, trying to find that killer combination of eyeshadow and lipstick etc.
But actually, it's pretty simple.
I'm going to share with you my all time favourite make up tip.
Less is more. And by that I mean to use:
Your foundation of choice, black eyeliner, mascara, and red lipstick. That's it. Simple, right?
Seriously, you don't need anything more.

Look how pretty that girl is.
Especially for goth parties/events/club nights, black eyeliner + red lipstick is never out of fashion.
And now that you solved the makeup problem, you have all this extra time to spend on figuring out what to wear.
Oh, I know, that can never be solved in just a few minutes. ;)

Seriously now, finishing with my make up in a sec is never an option as i'll look like joker (unfortunately, not an eye liner guru here - i'll never b satisfied with my line) but getting in some jeggings and a black tee takes 5 seconds in the worst case scenario when i'm absolutely late which is pretty much always. Sooooooooo good post :)
Haha, I know exactly what you mean.
Unfortunately, it DOES require some training to make your eye-liner line look straight. It took me years of practicing and it's still not perfect.
So in that case here's another tip (that a friend of mine told me). You can use a small brush like this http://www.makeupstore.se/photos_products/1366.jpg and just smudge it a bit. ;) It always works!
Totally agree about not paying a fortune for make up products unless you can REALLY afford it!
Apart from 2-3 very specific products that I adore and are truly different than cheaper similar products (eg Chanel rouge Velvet lipstick, dior ultra gloss, estee lauder double wear light foundation), everything else is mostly overpriced. You can find beautiful quality eyeshadows, or day creams for very reasonable prices in pharmaces.

Yes I agree. In pharmacies you can find some nice stuff.
There are some truly different and high quality products that really worth their price. Like a Chanel eyeliner I have, which I adore. :)
